March 29-31 Houston, Texas hosts the annual Bayou City Art Festival. The three-day festival showcases the works of over 300 fine artists, and offers more than 20,000 visitors the opportunity to meet with exhibiting artists, enjoy food and entertainment outdoors at Memorial Park.
